Operator is in private development. Public subscriptions have not launched. Private beta access does not create a paid subscription.

What membership includes

AI assistance and every supported connection, for your everyday finances. Monthly and annual members receive the same assistant, personalities, Book, Stats, goals, recurring obligations, imports, connections, and account sync. There are no paid connection packs. A supported connection means an integration Operator actually offers; it does not promise every institution or country, unlimited refreshes, or payment of a provider’s own fees.

Price and renewal

The purchase sheet shows Apple’s current price and currency for your storefront. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans charge the full annual amount and renew yearly; any monthly equivalent is for comparison only. Taxes and available prices may vary by storefront.

If Apple confirms that you are eligible, a 14-day free trial provides full membership. Unless cancelled, the trial automatically renews into your selected monthly or annual plan at the price shown by Apple. Eligibility is determined by Apple for the subscription group.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase or when your eligible trial ends. Apple manages renewal, billing, cancellation, refunds, and effective dates. Review the complete terms in Apple’s purchase confirmation before subscribing.

Manage, cancel, or restore

Use Membership in Operator’s Settings or Apple’s subscription settings to manage your plan. Turning off renewal keeps access until the verified end date. A verified billing grace period retains access while Apple attempts payment recovery.

Membership belongs to the Operator account that purchased it and is available across that person’s supported devices. Restore purchases while signed into that same Operator account. Purchases and financial records are not automatically transferred to a different account. Family Sharing and household memberships are not included.

Your records remain yours

When membership ends, saved records and existing Stats remain readable and exportable. Account management, provider disconnection, and deletion remain available. New AI requests, financial edits, imports, and connection refreshes require active access. Retained connection data shows its last refresh time.

Deleting your Operator account does not cancel Apple billing. Manage your subscription through Apple before or after deletion. You can continue with deletion without subscribing or completing cancellation first.

Fair use

There is no monthly message allowance, token counter, automatic overage charge, or paid priority queue. Everyday use is included. Automated bulk use, resale, sharing an account between unrelated people, and attempts to bypass safeguards are outside this offer.

Account-wide safeguards allow one active foreground AI request, up to 24 requests per minute, 120 new AI requests per rolling hour, and 1,000 per rolling 24 hours. A temporary limit shows when you can retry; it does not ask you to upgrade. Internal retries, opening assessments, formatting work, and maintenance do not consume your foreground allowance.

Using Operator

Operator helps you understand and maintain your financial records. AI responses can contain mistakes; check important information and recorded changes. The app does not execute banking transactions or move money. Keep your account secure and only connect services you are authorized to use.

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These membership details describe the service and do not replace rights you have under applicable law.
